Yellow Heels | Women's Shoes

By

Whether you’re strutting down the boulevard or stepping up into the limelight, yellow heels make a dramatic statement while literally keeping you on your toes. Always make sure you buy your shoes based on how high the heel is, whether or not it has a strap, and the overall comfort of your foot and toe.

Heel Dimensions

Thinness: Especially thin heels, such as stilettos that emphasize just how delicate they are, can be incredibly difficult to walk in. The thinner the point of the shoe, the more pressure per square inch is put on the heel of your foot. Also, especially thin heels can break easily, requiring you to buy even more shoes.

Overall Height: Ridiculously high heels are a disaster, not only for basic walking, but for fashion purposes too. If you are constantly off-balance, you will overcompensate with tensed calf muscles, leading to a strained posture. Try to buy yellow heels that are high enough to look good, but not so high that you are in danger of falling over.

Toe and Overall Foot Comfort

When you decide to buy a pair of yellow high heels, don’t be afraid to wear them for roughly five minutes first before making the final decision. Always check to see how your toes feel. Finding the right pair of yellow high heel shoes is about making sure that your foot has enough room to flex. If your toes feel jammed into the shoe, or if your foot feels chafed and squished by the confines of the shoe, you will not be able to wear the yellow heel for any length of time. It doesn’t matter how fashionable a pair of bright yellow heels are; a poor fit will not get you very far.

Straps versus No Straps

Strap Benefits: Straps can be a great way to keep yourself firmly in the shoe while simultaneously showing off your sense of style.

Strap Drawbacks: Always check how tightly the straps fit before purchasing a shoe. Exceedingly tight straps can lead to uncomfortable squeezing and redness, while overly loose straps can actually chafe your skin during the course of an evening.

The Benefits of No Straps: Buying a yellow heel without straps has its benefits, too. Notably, the shoe has a very powerful look when the wearer requires no additional implements.

The Drawbacks of No Straps: It’s much easier to slide out of a pair of yellow heels without straps. Unfortunately, this can often occur when the wearer is still trying to wear them.
